Return Policy:
- Returns are available for items marked as return eligible. Customized items, or any items marked as "1 of 1" are non-returnable, non-refundable.
- To request a return, you must email me at mmarin@azulmarin.com to review the clothing item(s) you wish to return.
- This email must be received within 5 days of the USPS tracking number telling me it was delivered.
- I will email you back to approve the return.
- A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED if I do not receive the item within 7 days of approving the return, if applicable.
- You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item UNLESS you paid for shipping on the original order. In that case, I will refund the amount you paid for shipping that item.
- Since I then have to re-photograph and re-list the item, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The refund may take a few days to be processed through the website and will be refunded to whatever account you used to pay for the original order.
Everything we sell is with one thing in mind: reducing waste. Everything is either second-hand, upcycled using second-hand materials, or handmade, with as much of the product being second-hand as possible.
General Shop Information:
I strive to provide the best customer service possible. This shop is my pride and joy, and I want everyone to love it as much as I do. I have my personal cell number posted on various areas of the site, where I will always text you back if you have a question, and all emails through the site go straight to my phone. Please be patient; I promise I will answer you back promptly. I don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t know, so text and email is the best way to reach me.
- I wash every piece of clothing I sell before listing unless it comes to me new with tags. I work out of my home studio, and while some items sell fast, some are listed for months and hang in storage, so I recommend rewashing everything after purchase.
- I typically ship all orders from a given week on one day, hence my “ships in 2-7 business days” disclaimer. I ship most orders regular USPS and others flat rate priority, depending on which is cheaper for that particular order. Arrival can vary anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. When your order ships, you’ll be emailed a tracking number from the website I print shipping labels from.
Some non-clothing items may be dusty, especially vintage stuff. I acquire many things that have been sitting in storage for many years. I wipe down dusty stuff, but you may want to plan to wipe down your purchase/run through the dishwasher.
